Des Moines Roof Solutions operates as a premium marketing and referral network. We connect property owners with independent licensed roofing contractors. We are not a licensed roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work directly.
All roofing work is performed by independent licensed contractors within our referral network. Each contractor maintains their own licensing, insurance, and warranty obligations. Des Moines Roof Solutions provides additional quality oversight and a supplemental five-year workmanship guarantee on referred projects.
While we maintain an active network of specialists across the greater Des Moines metro, we cannot guarantee availability in all circumstances or for all service types at all times.
